Solid experience of assessing in this field would be essential to apply for this role. You will hold an A1 qualification or equivalent although the client would consider unqualified candidates with a strong background in Sales wishing to pursue a career in assessing (in this instance starting salary would be £19k for the first three months rising to £23,350+the above benefits)
